July Update

Well its been a while since i've posted an update so here goes a little catch up. I fished a new event last weekend called HT3 One Man Redfish Series. It is a one man bass fishing type tournament for redfish. Its pretty cool until you have a good fish on and need a net man. I had a nice one get wrapped up in my trolling motor and break off. I ended up with one fish in the 2 1/2 lbs range and 6.9 lbs won it.

We got to stay on my uncles 61' Viking and boy that was a treat. I had my wife and two girls plus two other anglers on there. I could certainly live on that thing. The only thing I would do is get soft mattreses(sp....

The fishing here has been kind of dull. Lots of wind and big tides have things a little crazy. The reds are still being caught but its mostly burning a spinner bait or spoon instead of site fishing.

Call me and lets see if we can get on some big poons!!!!!!!! There is no shortage of these high flying girls right now.....
