I love site fishing for tailing reds in the summer. I love catching Tarpon in the early fall. My true passion is fishing for cold water schooled up reds in the winter. I just wish I had some trips in the winter like the summer. This is the most exciting and productive time of the year for red fishing. We were looking at over 500 fish yesterday and they were hungry. We put 25 fish in the boat in 3 hours. They were perfect 23" slots too. I hope they stay until March for the IFA opener. We used Slayer Inc 1/4oz jig heads with Saltwater Assasin electric chicken paddle tails mostly. I even got some blow ups on the topwater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
